12 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking in Uganda & Congo, Wildlife Safari Holidays in Africa
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport and be welcomed by our company Representative and transfer you to your lodge.
Day 2: Have breakfast , then transfer to Murchison Falls national park. Overnight stay at Paraa Safari Lodge (luxury) /sambiya River Lodge.
Day 3: Morning game drive and an afternoon boat cruise. Overnight stay at Paraa Safari Lodge (luxury) /sambiya River Lodge.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale national park. Overnight stay at Mountains of the Moon Hotel.
Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking & a walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. Dinner & overnight at Mountains of the Moon Hotel.
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP for an afternoon boat cruise. Overnight at Hippo Hill Camp / Mweya Safari lodge (luxury).
Day 7: Morning game in Queen Elizabeth national park; transfer to Ishasha for viewing tree-climbing lions. Later proceed to Lake Bunyonyi via "the scenic Switzerland of Africa" for an overnight stay at Arcadia Cottages.
Day 8: transfer to Kisoro for an overnight at Gorilla Safari Lodge / Travelers Rest Hotel – Kisoro.
Day 9: Cross Bunagana border post (DR Congo) and spend part of the day tracking gorillas in the Virunga national park. Return in the evening to Gorilla Safari Lodge / Travelers Rest Hotel – Kisoro.
Day 10: Transfer to Kampala. Overnight stay at Cassia Lodge / The Lodge – Kampala.
Day 11: Relax at your lodge after a long trip.
Day 12: Jinja city tour and white water rafting. Return to Kampala in the afternoon for your scheduled flight at Entebbe airport.
